I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the room was immaculate and offered beautiful views, the customer service left a lot to be desired, especially when I raised concerns. The location was quiet and ideal, but there were issues with room reservations that were frustrating. Overall, I enjoyed the comfort of my unit but wouldn't say it's family-friendly given how I was treated.
